Project Discovery

Discovery

  • We begin with an in-person meeting at a café to establish a connection and discuss initial ideas.
  • Our product expert collaborates with our partner to understand their vision and objectives.
  • The product expert and designer outline the project scope and set clear expectations.

Creative Development

  • The Designer initiates the creative phase.
  • The Designer works for 7-14 days to develop and refine initial design concepts.
  • The Designer creates mood boards and mockups to set the visual direction.
  • Upon approval of the visual direction, the Designer finalizes the design elements.

Technical Development

  • The engineer assesses the technical feasibility of the approved designs.
  • The engineer integrates the designs into the development framework, ensuring functionality and performance.
  • The engineer, designer, and product expert work together to refine the design based on practical feedback.

Presentation

  • The product expert presents the refined designs to the partner for review.
  • We present to all key stakeholders to gather comprehensive feedback.
  • The Designer shares the updated presentation post-review for detailed feedback.

Revisions

  • We include two rounds of revisions based on consolidated partner feedback.
  • Feedback should be provided within 48 hours to keep the project on track.
  • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees.

Finalization

  • The Designer incorporates all feedback and finalizes the designs.
  • The engineer, designer, and product expert deliver the final files in the agreed formats.
  • The final invoice is issued, and we complete the project.

Service Agreement*

Ownership

  • All content becomes the exclusive property of the client only after the final payment is received (100% of project costs).
  • In the event of termination before the final payment, tedestudio will retain ownership of all assets created.

Credits

  • Permission to share the project on social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, throughout the design process, including WIP (Work in Progress).
  • Permission to list the project, mention it, or create a case study of the project on the tedestudio website after the official launch.

Payment

  • A 50% down payment is required to secure the time needed for the project ahead of its start.
  • Payment terms are Upon Receipt. If payments are not made within one week (7 days) of the invoice, work on the project will halt until payment is received. This may impact the projected timeline. tedestudio is not responsible for delays due to late payments.
  • Any work outside the original scope will be billed respectively and will require a change order.

Marketing Spend

  • tedestudio will not cover any marketing expenses.

Photography

  • The client is responsible for providing or purchasing photography. tedestudio will use FPO (For Placement Only) imagery and is not responsible for sourcing photography for the client.
